Privacy at a glance
This notice explains which personal data may be processed when visiting the website, sending contact requests and using the optional decision tools. Personal data means information that can identify you personally.
Hosting
The website is intended for Cloudflare Pages. When the site is requested, technical connection data may be processed so pages can be delivered securely, quickly and reliably.
Server logs
Technical log data may include IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer, timestamp, requested URL and similar connection data. This supports technical delivery, security and troubleshooting.
General notices and legal bases
Personal data is handled confidentially and in line with applicable privacy law. Depending on the process, processing may be based on consent, contract performance or pre-contract measures, legal obligations or legitimate interest. Unless a more specific retention period applies, personal data is deleted when the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention duties prevent deletion.
Many processing activities are possible only with your consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object for reasons arising from your particular situation.
Cookies, language preference and analytics
Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement and Google Ads visit attribution load only when the corresponding consent has been granted and Exafuse has configured the relevant measurement identifiers. Before consent, analytics storage, advertising storage and advertising user data are denied. Remarketing and ad personalization remain disabled.
After marketing consent, only allowlisted campaign parameters such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID and UTM values, together with the landing page, may be stored locally for up to 90 days. When a project request is prepared, these values are transparently added to the email draft as a campaign reference. Free text, component data, name, email and company are not sent to Google as normal analytics parameters.
Google provider and data categories
The provider of the optional Google services is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Depending on the enabled category, the services may process IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, referrer, timestamps, consent state, campaign and click identifiers, and allowlisted interaction events. Integration is based on your consent; without consent, Exafuse does not load the optional Google tags. Google's retention depends on the relevant service and account configuration. Local Exafuse campaign attribution is limited to 90 days and the local consent choice to 180 days.
The cookie choice itself is stored locally in the browser so the notice does not appear on every page view. Essential technical storage remains active; optional categories can be managed in the cookie dialog.
Website tools
The calculators and decision tools run in the browser. Inputs in the pathfinder, process decider, estimator, ROI and material selector are not transmitted to Exafuse. Transfer happens only if you choose an email action yourself.
Contact form, email and phone
When you contact Exafuse by form, email or phone, the submitted information is processed to answer the request and handle the intended business communication. Technical project requests may include contact data, component information, material information, timing and project context. The current website flow creates an email draft; the request is transferred to Exafuse only when you send it through your email application.
The footer links only to the Exafuse LinkedIn profile. When the link is opened, you leave the Exafuse website; LinkedIn processes data under its own terms.
Data transfer to third countries
Some technical service providers may be located outside the European Union. Where data is transferred to third countries, this is handled within the applicable legal requirements, for example through suitable safeguards or standard contractual clauses where required.
User rights
Depending on the applicable legal basis, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. A complaint may also be filed with the competent supervisory authority.
Security
The website is delivered using SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive technical or commercial information can be exchanged after NDA alignment where needed.
